Returns Policy

I ordered the wrong size. 

We are happy to exchange sizes but only if items are unused.All postage costs are paid by you. Please let us know within 2 weeks of receiving order and item must be returned within 3 weeks of delivery.

 

Change of Mind 

We are happy to accept products back that are unused and so long as the item is in original condition and packaging. All postage is paid by you. Be aware all refunds will incurr a 15% restocking and handling fee. All returns must be returned within 3 weeks of delivery. 

 

 

Can I return rugs with marks

We suggest you put a clean sheet underneath when trying rugs on. We will not except rugs returned with dirt,

grass stains, stable bedding, manure or hair.

 

My item has a problem

Please contact us straight away with your problem.If it is of minor nature we will repair or replace. Should it be of a major problem you can have it repaired, replaced or refunded.

 

Sale and Clearance Items 

Please choose very carefully, we may not have sizes or colours to swap. No returns on change of mind for sale and clearance items.
