Australian Customers

We use Australia post.If you are in the Sydney metro area postage is $10. Postage any where else in Australia is $ 20 per order & $40 per Saddle. Some large bulky items like carts you will be charged extra , but you will be contacted with cost first. Orders are registered.

 

International Customers

We are happy to send orders to you. But …..when you place your order ,you will only be charged a base rate of $36.36. Only when we have the order can we get the correct total weight for freight costing, We will then update the invoice and as in most cases there will be extra freight to pay. If you are not happy with this do not order… Or you can request a full order quote with correct freight. Its easy just order as usual then hit the button in your cart which says “create quote from cart" (top left , just above items). We’ll send it back to you with total freight where you can decide whether to preceed to payment or cancel.

 

 

 To view international prices click on the international prices button on the page. All prices on our site are in

Australian Dollars .You will be charged in Australian dollars and your credit card provider will convert it for you

and show  the conversion. It is your responcibility to check with your local customs for any entry charges as this is at your cost.

 

 

 

UPON RECEIVING ORDER.

OPEN  your order STRAIGHT AWAY and check your items thoroughly. If there is an issue with your order we must be contacted within 48Hrs of receiving the parcel.

 

Stock Availability.

If there is a item on your order that is out of stock that has long delay, we will contact you with possible options..

 

Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched same day or next day upon receiving payment. Unless there is out of stock and may take longer.

Express post is an optional extra.
