Australian Customers

We use Australia post. Postage any where in Australia is $ 14 per order & $30 per Saddle. Some large bulky items like carts you will be charged extra , but you will be contacted with cost first.  . Orders are registered.

 

International Customers

We are happy to send orders to you. Postage is charged after the order is placed . If you would like a quote

 before ordering please email us at sales@horseswarehouse.com.au .Or you can visit http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/int_parcel.asp for shipping costs.

 

International Orders

 To view international prices click on the international prices button on the page. All prices on our site are in

Australian Dollars .You will be charged in Australian dollars and your credit card provider will convert it for you

and show  the conversion. It is your responcibility to check with your local customs for any entry charges as this is at your cost.

 

Delivery Time for international Customers

 

Express will take 3 - 10 working days.

 

UPON RECEIVING ORDER.

OPEN  your order STRAIGHT AWAY and check your items thoroughly. If there is an issue with your order we must be contacted within 48Hrs of receiving the parcel.

 

Returns

Any returns must be notified within 48 hrs of receiving and the item back within 14days of invoice date. You must have a copy of your invoice with all tags and packaging to return with item . NO INVOICE ..NO RETURN .We are happy to exchange sizes of clean unmarked,unused items  but all postage costs both directions is paid by you at the actually cost.

 

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item please contact us. If the item needs to be returned this is done at your cost. We will replace or fix at our descretion and forward back to you at our cost. If the item is covered by a manufacturers warranty and needs to sent to an authorised repairer , this may incurr a courier charge. All returns must have a copy of the invoice with them.  Should we receive an item back that we cannot find a fault with, it will be returned to you at your cost.

Horse Rugs

We suggest you put a clean sheet underneath when trying rugs. We will not except rugs returned with dirt,

stains grass, stable bedding or hair. This is for hygene and so they can be resold.

 

Stock Availability.

If there is a item on your order that is out of stock that has long delay, we will contact you with possible options..

 

Delivery Times

Most orders are despatched same day or next day upon receiving payment. Unless there is out of stock and may take longer.

Express post is an optional extra .
